We had a pretty small job, so I was expecting it to be difficult to find a contractor. I was wrong! Bandlo builders were the first I contacted and they were able to give us a bid within a couple days and start work in less than a week of when I contacted them. They are still finishing up, but we are very happy with the service and quality of work.

Mr. Galatro and his team rebuilt my deck, leveled and installed a play area for me. They also redid my sheetrock and painted my living room. I've had them replace my walkout door in my master bedroom. They're my go-to people. They very good at what they do.

Very impressive service. Very professional. Trustworthy. Clear bid. Honest and open about how they'll do the job. Good price. Very specific about timing. Contract seems reasonable and I like that they have a contract. Another guy gave me a handwritten bid and said he didn't believe in contracts, which made me think what would I do if things didn't go right? I'd have nothing to show for what he was supposed to do. These guys had very carefully defined what was included in the job. That helped put my mind at ease and made it clear that they were serious about being organized. I'd recommend anybody work with them.

Best in the business! I had a bad experience with other contractor that wasn't honest. My daughter was afraid I would taken advantage by a contractor in this project too. These are so good though! I'm so happy with their work. The y are so good in making sure I know the project before they start and let me know what happens every day, and the price is good and doesn't change except what I asked to change.

So on the ball! I love these guys. I can tell that they "have my back". They pointed out things that are pretty important for the work they're doing that other guys didn't mention. For one thing, the spacing of my vanity means that we have to move it to make it in fit the bathroom without it being in the way. They also pointed gave me options on trim around a closet that didn't seem to be on the other contractors radar. that detailed attitude is awesome and makes me way more sure that everything will turn out how I need it to.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing includes our unsurpassed 5-year warranty. When you have us as your contractor we stand behind our workmanship and offer a 5-year warranty, meaning we stand behind our work all the way. We offer a 5-year warranty because we know that everyone at Bandlo Painting will give their best, every time.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I saw the need for a painter small enough to take small jobs but professional enough to avoid a lot of the pitfalls homeowners often face when they hire a “guy with a truck”—not being sure what’s included in the price, poor communication, unpredictable scheduling, and so on. I believe that there is tremendous value in organizing and handling even small jobs in a professional way. The cost to you is almost always lower in the end, because everything is up-front and clear from the start, avoiding costly surprises down the road; and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly what to expect from us and knowing when work will be going on and when it will be complete is priceless. It’s good business for me to take care of the details and treat each client the way I would want my mother to be treated if she were the client.
