I had them build a wall in my townhome it came out wonderful. They had their work cut out for them matching the texture but it blends so well with the texture of the older walls. He worked quickly but diligently to do beautiful work. thanks again!

Had a great experience with Foundation Finishes! They worked through the weekend to make sure we could get our painting down asap. Everyone was nice and professional and definitely recommend!

I had Shawn and his guys help me with my basementremodel, and they are amazing! Unlike most contractors I have dealt with in the past, Shawn had great communication through the whole project. The whole Foundation Finishes team is respectful and does quality work. I will definitely be using them again for any future renovations, and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Shawn and his team did a great job installing new flooring, remodeling our mantle, and refinishing the cabinets in our kitchen and laundry room! He & his team are excellent at communication, very reliable, attentive to detail, and are upstanding young men! Shawn is an absolute professional. I’ve used him across multiple basementremodels and properties. Some of the work his team has done has included: pouring concrete across a basement, extensive plumbing, electrical, flooring and trim installation, appliance installation, toilet installation, cabinet installation, building dryer and washer hookups, epoxy,… the list goes on and on. I continue to use Shawn because his team provides high quality finishes, I can trust them to be in my properties even when I’m not there, they clean up well, and most importantly… Shawn is an excellent communicator. He answers my questions promptly, provides an overview of what I should expect, and always follows through. In my experience, it’s difficult to find GCs with exceptional communication skills. I’d trust Shawn to do just about any project despite the complexity. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are extremely competitive, but that doesn't mean lower quality or cheap work. We offer free, custom estimates for every job, and will work with you on options to make your dreams fit your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ball-park estimates are usually available over the phone with a general understanding of the scope of work and some pictures. If we both feel we may be a good fit, we will travel to the customer to go over details and put together a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry both in residential and commercial.
One thing that sets us apart from other contractors is that our management has done majority of trades firsthand and know the in's and outs of each trade exceptionally well.
