- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on project scope. We can provide average prices per square foot or lineal foot but this does not guarantee the official price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and most important step is to discuss the scope of work and define expectations. Second step is to provide an estimate or an official bid. Third step is to clearly communicate acceptable or rejection of the bid. Fourth and last step, we communicate the schedule and project workflow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management. We have certified welders with years of experience in custom metalworks.
