The whole experience, from first contact to installation, was quick and professional. We needed to match the existing railing for the railing around the stairs to the driveway. It’s perfect and makes the stairs safer for all. The welding quality is excellent - no shape edges anywhere. We are very pleased, not only because of the safety issue, but it actually gives a finished feel to the front of the house.
Utah Railing Company was fast, efficient, and offered a high quality product at a great price. The railing was between 10%-20% lower than other bids. I only needed a very basic handrail at a low cost. No one tried to upsell me and designed just what I needed. The railing I had installed took about a week to get from time of initial contact, until the custom product was made and installed. I expected it to take at least three weeks, so it far exceeded my expectations. Both the professionalism and communication were top-notch. I highly recommend the company.

Pricing depends on project scope. We can provide average prices per square foot or lineal foot but this does not guarantee the official price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and most important step is to discuss the scope of work and define expectations. Second step is to provide an estimate or an official bid. Third step is to clearly communicate acceptable or rejection of the bid. Fourth and last step, we communicate the schedule and project workflow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management. We have certified welders with years of experience in custom metalworks.
