- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes the following - Unlimited physical prints, props, a backdrop (your choice from six options), email and text capabilities, and an attendant that will set up, run the booth during the event, and clean up when the event is over. There is a travel fee of $1.00 per mile outside of our free 30-mile radius. We are located in Centerville Utah.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will answer any questions that you have. If you are ready to book the event I will give you a link to book and pay for the event. We require half payment upfront, the other half is due 2 weeks before the event. We will send an email at the 2-week mark with a link to pay the remainder.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a successful business that is focused on running events from large corporate events to small private parties.
