Great experience. All the qualities I was looking for professional, punctual, quality workmanship. I had a rain gutter that would leak water onto the stucco. I was concerned it would cause damage to the structure. Sam showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (seal on end was cracked and the gutter was not sloped correctly, looked like someone had attempted to solve problem) and gave me options to correct the problem. Sam removed the length of gutter, sealed the end and rehung with correct slope front to back and from end to end. I am confident that it was done correctly which I appreciate. My husband has dementia which leaves me responsible for upkeep and making arrangements. I would definitely recommend “Happy Sam”.

Happy Sam is an absolute gem. He came to clean and assess my gutters and returned to install a new downspout in the front and reroute the back one so water no longer pools at the foundation. His work was thoughtful, precise, and incredibly effective. On top of that, he’s kind, communicative, and truly cares about doing the job right. I’m so grateful — highly, highly recommend him.
