What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The real estate market changes as well as the needs of clients. I go to real estate meetings monthly. I have paid for my own real estate education. Two courses I have taken are Crucial Operations in Real Estate and Lease Options.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a friend and a few family members that have gone into foreclosure and couldn't qualify for another home loan once their situation got better. I started educating myself on other ways to buy/sell real estate to avoid situations like foreclosures/bankruptcies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I do is educating and talking to people about how lease options work. I provide creative solutions for people who are trying to avoid foreclosures and people trying to buy a house but don't qualify for a conventional loan.
