What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically like to look at the project and put together a number tailored to their project. Every project is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a meet and greet to get to know them and the project. For new construction, we love to meet on site, kick the dirt, and discuss how the client envisions the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has two licensed individuals. Matt is a licensed General Contractor with an Engineering qualifier as well. Jason is a licensed Civil Engineer. Along with Seth we have over 45 years of construction experience. We also 30-hour OSHA certified, Septic trained and certified to design and install septic systems in all of Utah. Matt also have a Master Degree in Business Management and Leadership.
