After buying our first home, we quickly realized turf would be the best choice for our small backyard. After getting multiple quotes we ultimately loved the affordability Beehive turf offered us. Other companies were quick to give a high bid and then “discount” us $$ only when we said it was out of our budget. Dishonest?? Well, thankfully Beehive gave a reasonable and realistic bid the first time around. They got us scheduled in the timeline we hoped for and our yard only took about a day to install. Quick! It looks fantastic! Installer was very open to communicate the oddities of our yard (retaining wall, drain pipe to reroute, and broken sprinklers) and had great solutions. Now we have a functional, beautiful yard.

I worked closely with Cameron throughout the process, and the installation date was confirmed. I made plans based on that commitment, but as the date approached, I hadn’t heard any updates. After reaching out, I was informed the job was no longer worth their time. As a business owner working on commission, I understand the importance of honoring commitments, even on the smallest deals. Canceling last-minute without notice and not keeping their word is disappointing and unprofessional. Clear communication and follow-through are basic expectations I hold for any service provider.
