We have used J&J Pro Services twice now. We have been really impressed with them. The second time we had them come over was because we had an issue with our AC freezing all the time. Going into the heat of the summer we were really worried. They came over and spent almost 2 hours making sure everything was working properly. At the end of the day, they gave us some tips to start doing to prevent the AC from freezing. They have checked in multiple times since then to make sure we were still good. Very impressed with the follow up and the care. I will definitely be using them again, and will refer them to anyone looking for HVAC help.
