I had an emergency AC issue, the outdoor unit was not cooling and noticed oil stains (refrigerant leak) all over the cooling fins of the unit. I called the techs next morning and the team responded quickly and were on site in a few hours. Initially they tried several things to try and find and repair the leaks. It was a two decade old AC and was degraded beyond repair. They arranged for a full replacement of the outdoor unit with the accompanyining indoor unit the same day. Despite running into some hiccups with the parts vendor which was outside their control, they stayed late, worked tirelessly until almost 2 AM to complete the job and ensure everything was running perfectly. Their quick response, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. Here are some photos of the new outdoor unit installed and corresponding parts in the furnace all installed professionally. The price was fantastic for such high-quality work. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing fast, reliable, and affordable HVAC solutions.

I had an unexpected HVAC issue and contacted SAAGA. The technician responded within minutes, showed up quickly, and thoroughly inspected the system. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and damaged lugs, and took the time to clearly explain everything clearly and didn’t try to push extra services.
He handled the whole thing super efficiently by going out to purchase the necessary parts himself and completed the repair, all within 2 hours of my first contact. My HVAC system was back up and running the same day, which was a huge relief. If you need fast and reliable HVAC help, I definitely recommend SAAGA. Overall, a great experience!
