Introduction: Studio Kids programs are designed to allow each child to have their moment to shine. The focus is not on creating a few star participants, but about creating a safe and fun environment for all participants to experience star moments. Often, this requires some creative role or script writing.
There are no auditions at Studio Kids. The process for casting and assigning dance or vocal solos is largely by request, with basic elements of fairness applied at the discretion of the instructor. The overall goal is to teach music, dance, and theater concepts, while providing an environment for increasing skills, self-esteem, team building, and fun!
In addition to musical theater classes, Studio Kids also partners with Sounds of Music Studios, whose mission is to pair music students with teachers across Salt Lake and Utah counties. We currently specialize in voice, piano, and guitar lessons, so contact us, if interested in some high-quality private instruction.
