My pricing is completely based on what you want as the customer! Our products are custom and the pricing is as well to create the perfect package for you. Dont hesitate to reach out to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we message the client and thank you for considering us as we know it is a huge decision! Then depending on the service of inquiry, we will send a mockup of the final product to assure we are perfectly executing your vision, and that we are the right fit for your needs. Then, we discuss the final details of the event such as deposits, dates, times, locations to get you fully booked into our calendar. If your event is further out, you can expect to hear from us periodically to confirm details and help with any loose ends you may need!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies which truly trickles into everything I do. As funny as it sounds, I also keep up on education in balloons as well as decor of events! Every year things change and we want to offer our clients the best. We invest in education courses from big companies in New York and LA to learnt he newest trends for each year!
