Introduction: Twisted Fitness is about finding a love for movement and a balanced way to incorporate it into your life. I believe that you can have your cake and eat it too. Rigid strict diets and fitness plans do not always fit naturally into your life, causing you to fall back into old habits.
My goal is to provide you with a variety of workouts that you fall in love with, fostering a health and wellness routine that becomes something you crave.
Currently I am in the process of relocating and therefore I am only taking on remote clients but in the summer I will be opening up my in person availability.
