They did a great job tuning the piano, even though it took some time to bring it up to full pitch,as it had been several years. It sounds wonderful now!

My old family piano had some serious problems. We had a key that was stuck and other family members that owned the piano said they were told the key couldn't be fixed. Well they fixed the key without a problem. The tuning and pitch was done well. It sounds great and we are enjoying learning to play now.

We have an older piano (from 1895) and Austin did a great job tuning it. It sounds beautiful. We had some questions about potentially restoring the wood and he had great advice/knowledge. Very fairly priced too. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My piano is very old and was handed down to me by family. It hadn't been tuned in quite some time. Austin was prompt, very friendly, did a fantastic job and reasonably priced. There was an option to replace some parts on the piano that would not have improved the play at all and instead of pushing that option, he was very candid about the positives and negatives and talked me out of replacing them. Thank you Austin!
