I LOVE working with Natalie! She has helped me through so much. My divorce and new relationship, childhood traumas, learning to be kind and patient with myself. She's a wonderful guide for EMDR and always allows real space for my work.

Tiana has been my therapist for almost 5 years now and I could not say enough good things about her. She is attentive, warm, and absolutely so knowledgeable. She redirects and challenges thoughts in gentle and Insightful ways encouraging me to find solutions that align with my personal values and listen to my body and heart! I would recommend her to anyone at all. She is amazing and I am so glad to have found such a perfect fit for me on my healing journey and will be forever grateful to her

I can not recommend Natalie enough. My experience with her and Empower You Therapy has been such a healing journey. I come into these sessions super nervous and apprehensive about what to expect. I now look forward to going to my sessions.
