- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies greatly because we tailor our service to your vision. While I love coming up with new innovative ideas, some clients just want the basics so my pricing just depends on how long you want service and of course quality of ingredients. Garnishes can range from a simple slice of lime to a full blown skewer of chicken and waffles! 😉 We really do love being “extra”!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for the vibe they’re trying to accomplish and then discuss budget. Staying on a budget does not mean that we have to cut down on class…that’s one thing we won’t ever cut out. For some they would rather make sure they’re serving top shelf liquor/ingredients and don’t care so much about presentation. And for others presentation is the most important…you are the boss! So whatever is most important to you is important to us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love corporate events, grand openings, weddings, celebrations of kind! And kids parties are not excluded…it’s so much fun seeing the looks on their faces when they come up and order a fancy drink like mom and dad always get.
