Our central AC is only 7 years old, so we were confused when it suddenly stopped working as it got hot this week in UT. Chase responded super quickly and was able to get us into his schedule quicker than every company I contacted! He was super professional and explained our issue. We had a refrigerant leak, and he replaced the refrigerant, and recommended we use a different filter for our system that wouldn’t prevent it from working as well! Thank you so much for this advice so our system can run better. Our house is 110 years old, so Central AC is a luxury that often is rigged in wonky ways. Thanks for knowing your stuff and helping out!

My AC unit was frozen over and needed a professional to come in to fix it. Chase showed up and instantly knew what to do to resolve my issue. He personally chipped away at the ice with his wrench and removed it from the unit. My house is now blowing cold air and all is well! Thanks Chase!
