Customer service and satisfaction is what I strive for. I offer honest work at a fair price. I have 22 years experience in almost every aspect of HVAC. I don't do work on anyone's home that I wouldn't do on my own home. I am a technician not a salesman. I am the only one my customers will ever deal with. This also keeps my prices down because I have little overhead. I enjoy being able to help people be able to be more comfortable in their homes. I enjoy that every job is a new experience. Was looking for a quote to get a mini split system and Chase was able to come by same day. His estimate came in at a much better value compared to the others i had gotten and he was very up front about my options and what would work best for our needs. Our central AC is only 7 years old, so we were confused when it suddenly stopped working as it got hot this week in UT. Chase responded super quickly and was able to get us into his schedule quicker than every company I contacted! He was super professional and explained our issue. We had a refrigerant leak, and he replaced the refrigerant, and recommended we use a different filter for our system that wouldn’t prevent it from working as well! Thank you so much for this advice so our system can run better. Our house is 110 years old, so Central AC is a luxury that often is rigged in wonky ways. Thanks for knowing your stuff and helping out!
