Job well done! He was friendly and cooperative and responded to my messages quickly. He took into account travel time with traffic and actually showed up to my house before I did! We set an appointment for with him to load my hot tub for me three week ago for October 10th. I verified twice since then to make sure he could do it. No problem his response both times. But just to be sure I texted him tonight to verify and he said sorry I can't. Not someone I would count on. I can't stand a individual or company that can't keep work. I says a lot about them and how good the companies word is worth.
