Introduction: We've been providing home comfort solutions to clients across Utah for 16 years. Our motto is "Done Fast, Done Right" we'll never cut corners to save a buck and we won't make you wait. We provide 5 star service every time! We charge $49 for diagnostic calls (furnace or a/c not working) and we are available 24/7 to help you! After hours and weekends we do have a higher dispatch fee to compensate the technicians for being available to help in an emergency. For anyone needing estimates or bids for new equipment we do not charge anything for coming to your house and helping you pick the perfect system for your home, your family and your budget. We have many different financing options and can help with every aspect of your job!

I hired Ninja Heating and Air to check out my AC system which didn't seem to be blowing as cold as it could. They were super responsive, and informative after doing an inspection. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy something unnecessary, and they did a great job replacing the system. I love that it comes with a labor and parts warranty, too. Overall this company was great to work with!

The most important part, they solved my problem and they were responsive and professional. My only frustration, was that they performed the work and then told me what I owe them, and did not give me an opportunity to review the quote. It was expensive for what was performed. The service visit was also not rolled into the cost of the repair.

Our AC died in the middle of the summer and they were able to get it up and running for a little until we could replace it. While we didn’t use them foe the replacement, they were great to work with initially. Thanks foe the help!

    We offer upfront flat rate pricing, this means the price you agree to is the price you pay. No hidden gimmicks, surcharges or fees.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We gather your information and schedule you for your appointment to assess the work you need whether its just repairing something simple to the biggest of jobs you can imagine. Our dispatcher will keep you informed of the technician's arrival time and will make sure you're available. We believe communication is important. Once your technician arrives he will wear shoe covers to protect your floors and will ask you questions pertaining to the work you need done. We always give multiple options so you can choose the scope of work you want completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We believe in hands on training as well as in class instruction. We provide weekly and monthly technical training as well as on site hands on training for our techs. We believe in being the best we can be. We are NATE certified, EPA certified, RMGA certified.
