I have interacted with them thru the Thumbtack app. They offered a payment plan for me to have them do my basement ductwork because of limited financial circumstances and when I tried to explore further and tried to schedule the work nobody from Pegasus Air just is not returning my emails or calls.

My AC went out in the middle of summer last year. He stopped by quickly and got me sorted out. It was quick and he even gave me some tips to be more efficient and to help the longevity of my unit. Same thing last winter, the gas wasnt firing. he diagnosed it from the phone call and came out. fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service, also clean and cleans up after himself. Very professional.
