Very prompt. Was out at our home the next day to get our AC unit back running to keep us from melting in our own home. Was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and had the parts to fix it. Pegasus Air is great and I highly recommend him. You won’t have a care in the world if he is working on your HVAC systems.

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night and the next morning I reached out to Garrett from Pegasus Air. With the holiday around the corner and a hot 100 degree weather week, I was worried I was not going to find anyone to repair my AC in time! Garrett was very quick to respond and was able to come to my home in time to beat the hot week of July 4th! He was very professional and helped answer any questions I had! I highly recommend Pegasus Air and will be reaching out in the future for any additional services I may need!
