I found Holden with Rapid Response GarageDoors online and sent him a text. He got right back to me and was at my house within 40 minutes!
He realigned my garagedoor track, replaced the rollers, and cleaned everything up. The door works better than it has in years.
Holder was friendly, honest, and very professional. It's hard to find service like this anymore. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had hiring someone to work on my home.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holden and Rapid Response GarageDoors to anyone. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

Was super grateful for all of the options he gave when looking at this garagedoorreplacement. We ended up actually fixing the issue not replacing. Excellent response time and great service, would highly recommend.

Showed up on time. Did a thorough analysis and gave a quick quote. When I decided to go with him, he put in the extra time and attention to detail to ensure the best quality work. No, he’s not paying me to say this, I’m just telling the facts.

Rapid Response GarageDoors truly lives up to their name! Our garagedoor had been making an awful noise, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The work quality was exceptional, and everything feels solid and smooth now. Such a relief! We’re so happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing garagedoor repair.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Before any work is done, you’ll know exactly what the cost is and what your options are. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales or surprise charges—just honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
We also offer competitive pricing on repairs, new openers, and full door replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and professional. We begin with a quick assessment of your needs and schedule a convenient time for service. On arrival, we perform a full inspection of the garage door system to ensure nothing is overlooked.
We clearly explain the issue, provide straightforward pricing, and review your options before starting any work. Once completed, we thoroughly test the system for safety and performance and ensure everything is clean and operating smoothly.
Our goal is to make the entire experience easy, transparent, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience working on residential and commercial garage door systems. I’ve worked extensively with spring systems, openers, hardware, and full door replacements, focusing on proper installation and long-term reliability.
