Thumbtack only allowed me to choose 3 items that I liked about working with Bee Garden Landscape but if they had 10 items to like I would have clicked them all. After submitting my information, Diego called and told me he could come within a day. A few minutes later, he told me the job he was doing in Provo was done, and if I would like, he would come over in 30 minutes. Diego showed up as he promised and was nice as can be. He did some tests and found it was possible the 2 zones that didn't work may have had corroded wires. He had a great solution using a special device that couples bad wires/zones with the good ones to make all zones work. He tried to program the timer that is 20 years old, but even setting the time of day was pretty much impossible. He pressed the set button a dozen times, and the time wouldn't move. I suggested that he replace the timer. He told me about a Wi-Fi-controlled timer, and we agreed that this was the way to go. He had to come back the following day as he didn't have the timer with him, and he showed up exactly when he promised he would. Not only did he install the timer, but he checked everything, and found a few sprinkler heads that were broken and he fixed everything to perfection. My system is running perfectly thanks to Bee Garden and Diego, and I will use them in the future for sure. Fernando ( the owner) also came by to check on the job. I think Bee Garden Landscape is a fantastic company. One last thing, and you probably won't see this on anyone else's review. I am a professional musician, a network TV composer, you can look me up on Google. Diego mentioned he was an experienced pianist, and so I showed him my recording studio and he played the piano beautifully. We jammed, and I recorded him playing his beautiful original composition. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Don't hesitate to hire this GREAT company.

The guys were great, very professional had the needed parts, dug up the ground to make repairs and once fixed returned everything back to normal Would hire them again and will keep them in my contacts until I need them again Thanks guys!! Great job!

I hired Fernando few to remove everything from my severely overgrown 120 ft park strip, lay weed fabric and tonnes of large stones. I hired him again a few days later to do the same for other areas in my yard. His team did a wonderful job both times. I had received quotes that were as much as triple what Fernando quoted and delivered on. I gave his contact info to everyone I know!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually the regular maintenance is a best choice because of the price and quality of the regular maintenance. The one time job is a little more expensive because the disposal and sometimes the material coast more than the service but usually it’s one time necessary to keep the yard better to maintain.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is understanding the real needs of the customer and if it’s possible suggest some possibilities to make their own yard better more and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m very trained in all machines and tools to make a good job in each project. And I’m licensed to apply herbicide.
