Lyman framed out basement. Very responsive from first visit to our home, to receiving a bid and was at our house and framing when he said he would. Framed it in under two days. Framed it exactly the way we wanted. Made suggestions that made it even better. Walls are straight and plumb. He knows the code and whats required. Fire blocking, etc. Puts in all the blocking required for drywall. Left our basement clean and better than when he arrived. Very happy with the job he did and have no hesitation recommending him for any project you might receive a bid for.

Received quotes from 4 companies to frame an unfinished basement; went with this company. Their price was in range of what others were but something about the workers attitude got me. Positive and no slacking that I ever saw. Will use again for Phase II of remodel and wont even bother looking for another company.
