- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Guitar: 30 minute lessons - $15.00 a lesson, or $55.00 a month for 4 lessons in advance. ($5 savings) 1 hour lessons - $25 a lesson, or $90 ($10 savings) Audio Engineering: This depends on the scale of your project. Typically I would charge $30 an hour, but I'm willing to discuss your needs and figure out the best approach for all parties involved. Guitar students can convert their lessons into recording sessions (which can save you money).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll ask them the following: Guitar: What kind of guitar did you want to learn on? Electric or Acoustic? What are you goals? Why do you want to learn guitar? Would you like to do 30 minute lessons or 1 hour lessons? Audio Engineering: Do you need me to play or perform any instruments / vocals? Do you have any rough recordings of the song you want to lay down? What's your availability? Once we establish your needs, we'll go ahead and see what best works with your schedule. Monday - 5:30 PM - 9 PM Tuesday - 10:30 AM - 6 PM Wednesday - 10:30 AM - 6PM Thursday - 5:30 PM - 9PM Friday - Closed Saturday - Closed Sunday - Closed Open to flexing my schedule if need be, just ask!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Guitar Teaching - I've played Acoustic and Electric guitar since 1996. I studied under the amazing Darin Morris from Modesto California I've written, recorded, and performed music since 2002. Studio Work - I've worked with Dan Bryant at Mystic Tree Studios since 2011 in Taylorsville Utah. We worked on 2 full length albums, and over 7 additional songs. The work I can provide is primarily pre-production. This includes, Recording, editing, and proofing the music for mixing and mastering. I can also mix and master your music if need be. I trust my ear.
