- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on hourly rates; however, a comprehensive project quote can also be provided. I prefer to conduct an on-site inspection of the work area and review the scope of work to ensure that all estimates are accurate, detailed, and transparent for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prioritize assisting the customer before committing to service. Our process begins with troubleshooting directly with the customer to identify and resolve the issue whenever possible. If the problem cannot be resolved through these efforts, we then proceed to schedule the necessary repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training with companies and their foreman in multiple projects over the last 10 years.
