I am a general contractor/handyman. I have been working in nearly all trade fields since I was 15 years old. My scope of expertise is in construction, incidental plumbing, drywall, painting, framing, welding, wood working, cabinetry, demo, automotive... you name it, I've probably done it! I do bid estimates/work, which means I do not provide an hourly rate. Which I have found can be beneficial for both my clients and myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer over the phone, learn about what is needed and the best way i can help them. And either schedule an on-site estimate or straight to scheduling the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
general contractors license, 15 years in the field. I have worked with some of the most skilled tradesman in their respective fields. which have been highlights of my career and vital to expanding my knowledge.
