Andrew Eaton did our home inspection along with some additions. He did a fantastic job! Took us through everything he did and made sure we fully understood everything he was showing us. Andrew brougt alot to our attention that we would not have even noticed. He was very knowledgeable on every part of the inspection and even with dumb questions we were asking. Andrew from InspectUp Home Inspections was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely thorough and took the time to clearly explain every portion of the home and each appliance, not just what he was checking but why it mattered. He explained what could potentially go wrong, the implications of those issues, and how to prevent themoften sharing simple, DIY-level preventative maintenance tips that were incredibly helpful.What really set Andrew apart was how personal and patient he was. He walked us through the home himself, showed us exactly what he found, and made sure we fully understood everything. Even though our unit was newer and in great condition, he still provided valuable insights on how to keep the property in peak shape and pointed out common failure points to keep an eye on over time.Andrew was also very accommodating with our schedule, letting us come early, and he was highly responsive throughout the process.
