Mary is amazing! We hired her to do an initial deep cleaning and it was fantastic. My house looked brand-new. Mary pays incredible attention to detail - I mean, she even cleaned the inside of our garbage cans in the bathroom and on top of the cabinets in the kitchen! She goes above and beyond - She scrubbed the inside of our oven and refrigerator, which are now as spotless as when we built our house! These are just a few examples of how much she does. Mary continues to clean our home every other week and we are blown away every time she cleans. She takes such wonderful care of our home and pays attention to even the tiniest things that most people overlook. She is reliable, quick to respond, dependable, trustworthy and an incredibly hard-worker. We always look forward to the days she comes to clean!

I have a feeling this will be the first of many good reviews I write for Hello Clean. Mary & her crew did an outstanding job of cleaning our townhome for the first time today! When I came out of my home office, after they finished their work, not only was every surface cleaned, every bathroom scrubbed and all floors mopped & vacuumed, but the whole house smelled clean!

Super professional, but also very personal. I had to reschedule at the last minute, and she was able to get me back on her calendar within just a few days. The job took a lot longer than expected, but she stayed and made sure my house looked great before she left. There was a lot of attention to detail, and many things were cleaned that I didn’t think about. Would definitely hire again!!

We hired Maria to clean and sanitize our new home prior to our move. She took 2 days (13 hours)to deep clean and sanitize the entire house. She took care of the minutest details and cleaned every nook and corner of the house. She even cleaned all the vents and windows properly. She didn’t take any breaks during the entire process, she was clean and very well organized. I had some doubts how she would be able to clean everything since she was working alone but I she cleared all my doubts with her work. We’d definitely hire her again. Her pricing is very reasonable and every penny is worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
House cleaning cost depend on variety of factors, including the size of the house, if there are pets, how many rooms, the material of the rooms ( wood floor, carpet, tile, etc.) and service required.
Initial cleanings, deep cleanings and one-time cleanings are charged by hour. After having all the information about your house and kind of service I will give you an estimated time for the job. Charging by hour it will give us the peace of mind that you are not paying more than you should and I am not getting more or less for what I worked for.
Occurring clients have a flat price after their initial cleaning that depends on the frequency of service. Doing it this way you will know what to expect with each clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home or over the phone consultations.
In a in-home consultation I will tour your home with you while we discuss the cleaning needs in each area of the house, then we discuss time, price and schedule a service day. This process usually takes 15-20 min.
Phone consultations usually take 10-15 minutes. In this process I will ask you to provide the most information possible about each area of the house that you want to be cleaned. You can also send pictures so I can have a clearer image of the work I'm going to do.
I have my own cleaning checklist but I also offer a personalize cleaning plan according to your needs and budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1999 I started working as a maid at a hotel where I acquired the ability to manage time and quality of cleanliness. in 2004 I decided to create my own cleaning business while raising my children which gave me the opportunity to manage my schedule and fulfill my duties as a mother. I've always liked cleaning and organizing. learn new techniques and tips that can help me do a good job and improve my business.
