- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. Our prices are transparent with no hidden fees. For example, a standard cleaning for a 2-3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home starts at $169. We also offer discounts for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short consultation, either by phone or message, to understand the size of the home and the customer’s priorities. Then we schedule the first cleaning and confirm all the details. After the service, we check in to make sure the client is satisfied and adjust as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed training in professional residential and commercial cleaning standards, and I continue to educate my team on the best practices for eco-friendly products, efficient cleaning methods, and customer service. Experience has also been a big part of our training.
