We had an unfortunate incident involving illegal dumping of a large amount of construction debris in the middle of our parking lot. The team from Junk Away did an amazing job with the cleanup and charged a very reasonable rate to do so. We’ll definitely keep them in mind for any future projects or clean up needs.

So professional and did get the job done quick and easy. Helped me out tremendously and was very upfront but the thing I liked about them the best is their integrity they thought they have broken one of my sprinklers and offered to pay for it. Eventually I noticed it was one that I had broken a few days prior but they weren’t sure if it was them so they offered to take that out of the cost. Of course I didn’t let them pay for it but the fact that they weren’t sure and willing to take responsibility shows this company has great character. I’d use them again if I need it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard pricing. If we quote you 1 load, we only charge for 1 load (even if our quote was off)!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer pictures of the load to give an accurate quote on the services then, after agreeing on a price, we find a time that works well for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Don’t laugh, but I worked at Chick-Fil-A, and learned just how important it is to smile, be polite and wow your customers. (I also did landscape for 5+ years as well)
