FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by Linear Foot to give customers estimates as quickly as possible. Variables that affect pricing include: Complexity of existing conditions, design and materials in fabrication, product finish (usually powder coating). Ask about discounts! Higher volume = greater discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing to do is start communication and determine the scope of the project. Then to provide customer with a bid or estimate. Next to determine whether estimate is acceptable and to make an agreement or not. If estimate is acceptable, we determine an approximate completion date. Then to start fabrication and get the project going and completed as soon as possible!
