Working with Jennifer for my S-Corp & personal taxes has been great! I love that's she's fast to respond and explain my taxes in a way that's easy to understand. Jennifer saved me about $30,000 in taxes by fixing my accounting and switching my tax entity. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have the cheapest pricing because I strive to provide convenient and quality services for clients. I am not a one and done type of accountant because I like to provide my clients with advice on how they can save taxes and how to improve their accounting processes. I do however provide one time discounts on referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process involves getting to know the client either by phone or in-person in my office to get a thorough understanding of their situation which in turn helps me assess the best action to take.
I have clients that I have never met in-person where I will communicate with them back and forth by phone or email and I retrieve their documents via a secure system to make sure their information is not compromised. This tends to be the most convenient way for a lot of my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education courses throughout the year to stay up to date on the tax laws. I also take Quickbooks accounting education courses to find out the latest updates that are available to the program.
