Fred responded really fast to my request to get a quote for plumbing repairs at my rental. He gave a reasonable quote and did the repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely call him again if I need plumbing repairs in the future!

I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about Fred and Pipe Pros. Our first job for him was to install a couple new faucets in our house, and while he was there we talked about my ancient/broken down water softener which I wanted to replace along with my water heater. Fred gave me a great quote and because he did such an incredible job with installing our faucets, he came back just a couple days later to install the water heater and softener. He also noticed our water pressure was off and fixed that as well, which I wouldn't expect a larger plumbing company to even notice.
Fred was professional, insightful, and a joy to work with. He kept our house clean, laid down covers on our carpet and wore a mask and booties. I'm very satisfied with the level of work Fred did and while I hope I won't need to call a plumber anytime soon, if I do, it will 100% be Pipe Pros.

It was a holiday weekend and water started flooding into my downstairs kitchen, I live in a condo so I had no idea where the water was coming in from, it could have been from the neighbors house or coming from my upstairs, we called 6 or 7 plumbing companies and no one was available for an emergency call. In fact, most of the companies tried to schedule an appointment with me for a couple of weeks out. Fred with Pipe Pros answered my call, walked me through how to shut the water off to my house, and was at my house with in an hour. He figured out where the leak was coming from, removed some sheet rock, replaced the pipes, then had a sheet rock contractor out the next day to fix the wall. We were expecting a much higher price than what was on the bill! We will definitely we using Pipe Pros again! Fred was awesome!

He was very professional and nice. He quickly assessed the problems I was having.He was very transparent with what it would take to fix the problems and the cost. I could not believe how fast he got the work done once I gave the go ahead. I will use this company again and have recommend this company to my friends.

I give upfront pricing. This means after I give you the price and you agree to move forward the price wont change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take down your information, I put you into our system. I call you on my way to your home. We take a look at what you need done in your home. I put together options and with your approval we will get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed master plumber and general contractor. I went to 4 years of school at salt lake community collage and took all the required testing to have all of my licensing.
