- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Typical Experience: We met Jake and Hannah at a wedding show. After trying all of the photo booths on exibit, they decided to book with us and we couldn't have been happier to be working with this darling couple! They quickly returned their quesitonnaire and we got started designing the photo strip. Jake and Hannah were doing a Disneyland themed wedding, and wanted their photo strips to match. This was a new one for us, and we had a lot of fun coming up with different options for them. Hannah chose one that was perfect for her, but we would have happily made revisions if it wasn't exactly what she wanted. The "Big Day" finally came, and we arrived an hour and a half before the reception to set up the photo booth. The booth went so well with her black, white, red and yellow decor! We even used a special "Walt Disney" font on the outside of the booth. Everything was picture perfect! The guests kept the photo booth busy all night long. When Jake and Hannah returned from their honeymoon, they were so excited to look thru all the fun pictures and see the messages their guests had left them. This is not a book of names that will get tucked in a drawer and forgotten; this is a book they keep on their bookshelf and pull out often to remember all the fun and excitement of their special day.
