- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically based on the volume and complexity of the items needed to be picked up. For example we charge $1000 for a 500 ft.³ dump trailer to be loaded and hauled away. If the items are upstairs or downstairs there may be a surcharge. Items such as mattresses, tires, large appliances, or paint will also require a surcharge as we are charged more for them at the landfill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to us will respond to you within 30 minutes and discuss the items you would like removed or the project. We may request pictures or a on-site inspection before providing a free estimate. We will then schedule your project at your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the service industry for many years and have recently launched this business. We are expert at customer service and providing a high-quality experience.
