What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $160 per hour.
I believe everyone deserves a fair, respectful process. My goal is to provide a calm, neutral environment where we can work toward practical, thoughtful solutions, helping you resolve issues as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every situation is unique, so I begin by learning about your circumstances and what you're hoping to accomplish.
Once your appointment is scheduled, I'll send a brief intake form to gather the information needed to prepare for the session. During mediation, I provide a neutral, respectful environment where both parties have the opportunity to be heard while we work together toward practical, mutually acceptable solutions.
If an agreement is reached, I'll prepare a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms that were agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a court-rostered mediator for the State of Utah in both Divorce and Basic Mediation. I completed my mediation training through the University of Utah and Utah Dispute Resolution and have mediated numerous court-referred and private cases. I also have a background as a paralegal and extensive experience in real estate negotiations, which has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. This combination of training and experience allows me to guide difficult conversations with patience, neutrality, and a practical, solution-focused approach.
