Well First things First. I'm not quite sure how anyone can give a accurate quote with out seeing the job that is in question. I like to able to meet with the potential customer to do a quote in person. Not all customers have time or the ability to measure and give the square footage need to give a fair and accurate quote. So when Im asked for a quote in an e-mail, text or even a phone call. the first thing I'll ask is. Approximately how many square footage do you have ? Then in doing so Im able to meet you ,the customer and most importantly you are able to meet me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm not quite sure if there is an actual "process" in meeting some one in my opinion. Its really important that you are able to find out the do's and dont's, likes and dis-likes of every person you work for , or with so there isn't any confusion of what they expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with people (customers) for over 2 decades. Most of my training comes from hands on. I'm the kind of Guy that learns from DOING. I installed carpet for a few years but prefer cleaning it .
