I always make sure our pricing is fair, honest, and reflects the value of work we offer. We are competitive and will price match competitors whenever needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers receive a 10% discount for the first job, our links that include information about prior work history so you can see what to expect, a file to fill out and answer which specs need completed for the job,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience working in active construction and residential environments, not just classroom instruction. I have years of real-world experience supporting: -Active construction jobsites -Inspection preparation and walkthrough readiness -General labor and site organization -Residential cleanouts and post-project cleaning This work has trained me to understand: -How construction sites function at different stages -Safety awareness around tools, materials, and trades -What inspectors and clients expect during inspections and walkthroughs -Efficient cleanup methods that keep projects moving on schedule In addition to field experience, I prioritize: -Clear communication -Jobsite safety and awareness -Professional standards and reliability -Respect for client property and timelines -My focus is on doing the work correctly, safely, and consistently so builders, contractors, and homeowners can rely on the results.
