- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s a price on any project without seeing it, but we believe that we are fairly competitive cars in the industry and will provide all pricing in our written estimates. Secondly, we do not ask for any money to be put on our schedule nor do we very rarely ask for deposits until we are physically working on your project .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical I like to evaluate the project and scope is an all inclusive written estimate explaining what will be done, when it will be done and how much it will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed general contractor in several streets across the west. I started my business in 1990. I am certified in lead and mold abatement, accredited NARI contractor.
