I hired All Scope to remove existing carpet and install laminate flooring for the entire second floor area, (1350 sq. ft.) including bedrooms, a loft area, walk in closets, hallways and re-carpeting a stairway. Ken and I worked together picking out the materials so the flooring would match with the first floor laminate flooring and that worked out very well. All of the prep work, flooring installation, replacing some of the baseboards, finish work like adding thresholds, some new moldings and repainting made the entire upstairs look terrific. Ken's attention to detail shows well. We always had clear communication and there were many times I was out of state for work and everything went according to plan in my absence. That's important! Any changes made were handled correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend All Scope Construction and will definitely consider them for my future home projects.

I recently hired Ken to remodel our condo and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He is very good at communication — always keeping us updated, explaining options clearly, and making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. Ken was amazing, I had an apartment that needed a few tasks done like the baseboards replaces in one corner and cabinet doors that needed to be tightened etc. and I was on a tight time frame as I needed to get the apartment rented. He was willing to stay late and take care of the job. He didn’t leave until it was done and he did great fast work. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his service and caring about my job. I will be using him again in the future.

We have a cabin that had gaps around windows that cluster flies had made nests in. Ken came up within a day of contact and helped make a plan to remedy the problem. He also went though the house and found some safety issues with railing. We focused on the 3 main concerns and within a week he was back up with all the supplies. In three days he sealed and painted the entire front of the 20+ foot house, replaced and stained the log railing, and made a new railing for a loft. Ken is great with ideas and we have much more projects planned.
