Made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Very professional, thorough and great attention to detail. We're remodeling all over the house so he did all kinds of work (framing, replaced hardwood flooring, built a custom window seat, vanity and accent wall, moved some plumbing and electrical, installed tile, drywall, painting) and all of it was high quality work. Punctual, responsible, conscientious and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

John was punctual, did an amazing job, and was very professional. He repaired a large chunk of broken granite on our bbq area and repaired /grouted a considerable amount of marble baseboard in our bathroom all for a low cost. I highly recommend red rock property services for any job you have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 for first hour of work. $75/hr after that for small projects.
For larger, multi-day projects, I can provide a single price for the whole project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Good communication and setting reasonable expectations is key. I want to make sure I understand exactly what they need.
Exchanging photos of a small project usually allow me to give a ballpark price based on the time it will take so the client has an idea of what to expect. For more complex projects (drywall, painting, tile, etc) I first do a site visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with multiple residential contractors over 15 years and have done everything from furniture assembly to full bathroom and kitchen remodels.
