Text: That afternoon wedding at the Park last august was the the best so far A live action Bbq station was the highlight of the event. The action chef who was the owner was so gracious and Fun!The Buffet food was great for a Bbq at the park. I would surely would use and refer their services in the future.

Ruby seamlessly managed our wedding reception meal in an outdoor setting in a Utah state park, with only two barbecue pits and one electrical outlet. Obviously, a great deal of preparation went into this prior to arriving at the venue. The presentation of the fruit, vegetables, salads, shish kebobs, trout, meats, desserts, glassware, plates, table settings, on and on - all perfect. Very colorful, very professional, flawlessly planned, and absolutely delicious. My guests are still commenting on how well done it was almost a year later. Thank you Ruby - you are the best!
