Had an incredible experience with Rico Construction. Gerardo and Carlos were extremely professional, very prompt, and highly skilled. The came in at the last minute to save a DIY bathroom renovation and my wife and couldn’t be happier with the end result! I highly recommend Roco and will definitely use their services again in the future!

We had Rocco Construction remodel our entire basement and they did an AMAZING job!!! Gave me is a beautiful walkout to our backyard, finished a room for a washer and dryer and the kitchen is perfect. We liked them so much we’re living in the basement while they totally remodel our entire upstairs. Highly recommend Gerardo, Diego very responsive, punctual and finished the job ahead of schedule. 5 stars for sure!!!

This was the most disappointing experience of my life. We’ve done a lot of renovations over the years and worked with all kinds of contractors. I’ve never regretted a choice until now. The team is very kind- no question- but I don’t know if they were simply unprepared or uninterested in our project. We were told $7500 to reconfigure the basement bathroom to add a shower. They never drew a plan; they just started tearing things up. During demolition, they were coming up with ideas of where to put things (like a toilet right under the basement window where people could see). I had to stop them when I realized they were putting the washer/dryer in a spot that left 18” of space between the units and the vanity. They put ceiling lights in random spots (leaving sections completely dark).
We paid $1500 more than originally planned due to an issue with the type of shower to install. And because they didn’t confirm a glass enclosure was available to purchase, we now have to get one custom made. The cheapest estimate I’ve gotten for that is $1800- on top of the $9000 I paid to Roco. We are finding all sorts of issues with their work and I’m angry when I go into my basement. It’s a constant reminder of the thousands we just wasted and the thousands we still have to spend to complete the initial project.
I don’t know why our experience is so much worse than other reviewers here, but I advise strongly to get a clear outline (with measurements) before hiring this company.

Gerado and Team has been great. Because of the bipolar weather they been in and out but overall they have done most of what we talked about on our basement. There was a small miscommunication but overall himself and the crew has been nothing but amazing. Thank you Roco.

Gerardo and his team remodeled our kitchen/dining/living area and we are so happy. They were conscientious, professional and honest. They worked hard and were always polite and kind. Their work was to a very high standard and they were very well priced. We can’t recommend them enough!
