I was nervous about choosing the company with the lowest bid, but I am so glad I did! They came and did the work I needed (finishing ductwork in my basement) quickly, neatly, and for almost HALF of the price that the other two companies bid me. I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

I needed my A/C disconnected for a concrete project and then reconnected after the concrete cured. The concrete people changed their plans and didn’t give me much warning. Riches HVAC came right away and did the disconnect without any complaints or problems. I was really impressed they were willing to do that. All the work was done well and everything is working correctly, all for a very reasonable price!

We had a great experience with Riches! We bought a home with a rusting furnace so we were very anxious to get it fixed and it get it done right so we didn’t run into any similar issues. Riches gave us a competitive quote, was very responsive from the beginning and communicated every step of the way. Equipment supply was low when we did our project but Thomas made sure we knew our options and the pros and cons of each.
