Really easy to work with these guys. Great communication. Quick and clean work. They were nice enough to ask and clarify several points on the install. I greatly appreciate that having worked with providers that install without asking and then try to convince you that it’s correct.

We had a great experience with Riches! We bought a home with a rusting furnace so we were very anxious to get it fixed and it get it done right so we didn’t run into any similar issues. Riches gave us a competitive quote, was very responsive from the beginning and communicated every step of the way. Equipment supply was low when we did our project but Thomas made sure we knew our options and the pros and cons of each. Thomas is really knowledgeable which really put us at ease and we trusted we were getting a good product with good, safe installation. Such a great experience. In my old home, we installed AC for the first time and replaced a 25+ year old furnace. Thomas was great to communicate with, put together options for us to consider higher efficiency equipment and the two install days went really smoothly.
