- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free quotes on projects. If I'm coming to troubleshoot a problem I charge $75. If you have me fix the issue I won't charge you that $75, but there will be a price for the repair that I will let you know at that point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact, we set a time to meet that works best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught through a union school where I completed a 5 year apprenticeship program.
