I have unfortunately had some bad luck needing help with repairs and replacements. Every time I’ve been put in these situations they have been a lifesaver for me. Always going above and beyond to come to my aid the day I speak with them. Knowing that I was a priority and everything was being done to take care of my needs, helped me relax in a stressful time. So gracious, they even worked some very odd hours to make sure my home was up and running again. Between the quick response, the experts advice and care and the quick turn around getting my house back up and working, I’m so happy. Knowing they have my back when I need it most truly takes an enormous weight off my shoulders.

I have done business with Shane for years. He's very trustworthy! There was a time when my A/C went out. One company quoted me thousands of dollars to have it fixed. I called Shane and he fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars. You cant go wrong with Diamond L.

Great service. I had a frozen AC unit last summer. And a furnace problem this winter. Both times they came out that day and got me going again. They were able to source the parts needed locally and quickly to keep my family comfortable in both instances. Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. And I shopped around afterwards to check on the pricing I was charged. Found out he charged me 20-30% less than other companies would have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free quotes on projects. If I'm coming to troubleshoot a problem I charge $75. If you have me fix the issue I won't charge you that $75, but there will be a price for the repair that I will let you know at that point.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact, we set a time to meet that works best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught through a union school where I completed a 5 year apprenticeship program.
