Dog training type
Board and train at a facility
They had my puppy for 5 weeks and I certainly do not see any behavior changes. I asked that she potty train, stop the biting, and kennel train. Well, she was kennel trained ...Sort of. That was it.....She tried to say the dog was trained that she need to train us... really??? I’ve had two other dogs professionally trained.. and their behavior was certainly changed when I got them back. The pup trained by them... certainly not even remotely trained! No difference from when I dropped her off. I asked for a refund, and have heard nothing back. Big was of a lot of money. I will now seek an actual professional. $1550 down the drain.. very disappointedMay 22, 2020VerifiedLife is Pawsible's reply
You have a 15 week old puppy that is not going to be perfect and definitely not when you don't even allow me to come to you one time to teach you what was done. You chose not to do any of the follow through which is vital to training and stated at the beginning of your training. And you did hear for me. I apologize for your disappointment and not wanting to follow through
Kim is fantastic. She has a no nonsense kind of approach and caters the training to what you and your dog need. We have been doing the training for about three weeks now and already have noticed improvements in our dogs behavior and have new tools/techniques to use. Kim is not terribly punctual but as long as you know that, it's not an issue. The dogs get the training they need to be a better companion and you learn something new every time. We would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to improve their dog's behavior and learn some new tricks.Dec 9, 2019Verified
I only have done one training session with Kim, but I had a great experience working with her with my two dogs. She reminded me that I need to be more confident with my dogs for them to trust my guidance, and that has helped a lot! Thank you so much!Sep 9, 2019Verified
Kim was great overall but I haven’t heard from her in weeks. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and my dog is starting to regress due to lack of consistent training.Jun 10, 2019VerifiedLife is Pawsible's reply
I think this review is a little unfair, you have not shown up to any of the classes that you are in the group text for, you have reached out to me one time, you want me to certify your dog without even showing up, and you didn't even pay me the last time I came. I'm not sure where I went wrong here.
My son is needing an epileptic seizure response dog. Kim helped us pick out the perfect puppy that bonded with my son. She has given us updates and has been easy to get in touch with. She has encouraged our involvement with the training and we really appreciate that. Kim has even sent photo updates without us requesting them which has brought us much comfort. She really has a passion for the animals she works with & she cares about the customers she serves as well.May 1, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer different packages to fit different budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified obedience and service dog trainer. l am also an evaluator for the AKC.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved animals ever since I was a kid. I rescue everything from horses to Birds to dogs to cats, even some reptiles. I was introduced to training when I was searching out a service dog for my daughter. I then started working for an organization that trains service dogs.
