FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I spent many years shopping for the cheapest subcontractors I could find, and they always came with baggage and problems. So that's not the way we run things anymore, we focus on building a quality team that presents themselves in a way that we can be proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The last thing we want is to waste your time so we start with photos and usually a phone call to make sure we're a good fit. If it seems like we can help you then we'll generally schedule an estimate meeting so we can get a solid idea of what you're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised into custom construction trades, and over the last 10 years I have transformed entire homes to feel shiny and new. I have vast experience in every type of home and have great contacts for anything you need.
